i had a great time shooting this beautiful mama last week. she is so stylish and fun and really knows how to work the camera! i can’t wait to meet this new baby girl next month. if her parents or two older sisters are any indication, i know she’s going to be gorgeous! enjoy these maternity session sneak peeks and stay tuned for the newborn images 🙂

One weekend only…Halloween & Fall Mini Sessions! Mark your calendar now for Oct 20 & 21. Palmetto Posh Photography will offer 20 minute mini sessions with an outdoor setting and fun seasonal props. And all kids who wear their costume for Halloween photos will receive a special treat!
Each session will yield 5-8 edited images for you to proof in an online gallery. Your session fee includes three digital images or two 5×7 and four wallet prints. Package upgrades will be available.
Reservations are required and payment is due within 5 days of booking your session. Call 864-554-2993 or email amanda@palmettoposh.com to make your reservation. Limited spaces are available…book early!
*These mini sessions are for kids only and include up to 3 little people. Additional children will be $10 each.*

there is a great new event coming to greenwood, sc! the index journal newspaper is hosting a parents’ expo on saturday, september 29th from 10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at the greenwood mall. the event will showcase the latest products, services, info & advice for parents in a fun, family-friendly environment with exciting activities for children and adults! some activities will include make and take crafts, a fashion show, door prizes, demonstrations, and best of all…a photo session with yours truly! I will be at the Expo photographing children ages 6 months (that can sit unassisted) through 12 years, who will then be entered into the Cover Model Contest. The winner will be featured on the cover of the Index-Journal’s first parenting magazine, to be published in April 2013! all the details are below…

*Photo Sessions are available only on 9/29/2012 at the Parents’ Expo.

*Sessions will last no longer than 5 minutes and are first-come, first-served from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.

*Children ages 6 months (must be able to sit unassisted) through 12 years are eligible.

*Only one child may be in each shot (no siblings, families, or friends).

*To be considered in the Cover Model Search, child must have his/her portrait taken by Amanda Breeden at the Parents’ Expo

*There is no charge for the portrait session.

*One, free, watermarked, low resolution digital image of each child will be available

via the Facebook fan pages of the Index-Journal and Palmetto Posh Photography.

*Exceptionally priced print packages will also be available.

i recently had the pleasure of meeting and photographing a beautiful couple from chicago. they were here in sc visiting family and while out on a sunset cruise on the lake, kyle popped the question and jes said “yes”! we met up the next day to capture their engagement photos and despite the fact that i insisted kyle’s name be “ryan” (i’m usually not bad with names but i just couldn’t stop calling him ryan!), we had a fabulous session and captured many gorgeous images. i hope you enjoy this peek in to their session 🙂

last week i had the opportunity to photograph a lifestyle session with an adorable little boy and his grandparents. it was a treat to watch them engage with each other as they hunted for frogs, climbed the tree house and played some soccer. i adore sessions like these for capturing life as it is in the day to day. hope you enjoy these sneak peeks from their session!
